This review is way overdue, but I want to share my excellent experience with Lamas Dental Specialists. My husband and I first became patients here in 2014 when Dr. Lamas was still part of Gallardo & Lamas. All these years later, we are still incredibly happy with our care.Over the last decade, we have trusted Dr. Lamas and his team with our periodontic treatments and dental implants. I have gone to dentists all my life, and this entire team—from the receptionists to the assistants, hygienists, and of course, Dr. Lamas—is absolutely wonderful.A major highlight is the absence of pain in all of our procedures. Dr. Lamas has highly experienced hands, incredible knowledge, and a true commitment to doing excellent work. All of our periodontic treatments and implants have had great results.I recently truly experienced how well-deserved his reputation is. With my last implant, through no fault of Dr. Lamas, food got into the area and caused an infection. This delayed the process, and the implant had to be removed. Dr. Lamas took full responsibility for his job and redid the entire process without any delay or excuses. I am now fully healed and ready for my crowns. I am a very happy patient

Amazing, professional, kind, the best. My case very complicated with 30 years missing 3 front teeth and much bone resorption.So pleased with the outcome including built up bone/tissue structure and implant placement. The whole process working with Dr Lamas and his team was a pleasure. Worth every penny.

I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Cabrera at the end of 2025 to address a very painful gum infection. Dr. Cabrera and her team were able to completely address the issue, which involved the successful extraction of two teeth and replacement with implants earlier this year. The whole process was completed very professionally and comfortably with no pain. Dr. Cabrera was very thorough and always sure to address any of my questions. I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Cabrera to anyone who needs help with a periodontal issue. -Happy patient

After doing a ton of research, I knew Dr. Lamas was the absolute best choice for my dental implants. I’m usually terrified of dental work, so I was pretty nervous going in. But all that fear completely vanished because the surgery went so smoothly! The care he provided both before and after the procedure made me feel so safe. Honestly, I didn't even have any pain afterward—just a slight headache at most, and the swelling was super minor. He even called me the night after surgery just to check in on me. For over 20 years, I avoided the dentist because of a traumatic experience I had as a child. While I was away from my home in Canada during my winter stay in Florida, I developed two serious gum infections which needed prompt attention. I am very grateful that I found Lamas Dental Specialists for my treatment. From the initial exam, photos and X-rays with Georgina, sedation and Lanap surgery with Dr Lamas, and follow-up and after care with Georgina, every step was managed with exceptional professional expertise and kind consideration. Dr Lamas called me personally after the surgery to address any concerns and to ensure that I was comfortable. The dental facility is beautiful, pristine and equipped with state of the art diagnostic tools and surgical instruments. The staff is professional, warm and welcoming. I am very pleased and plan to return to Dr Lamas and Georgina for my periodic follow up care.
